It's Senna artemisioides subsp. zygophylla - the leaflets in subsp. filifolia are terete/cylindrical, while those of subsp. zygophylla are flat but sometimes inrolled. The leaflets in the photos are clearly slightly inrolled. I'll verufy the name when a glitch in the system has been fixed.
