Don't think so? Doesn't seem to be Choretrum or Leptomeria, doesn't seem to be any recorded nearby (though records seem patchy out this way), and nearest recorded C. & L. species all seem to have a lot of ridges, whereas the stalks on this were very smooth. I think this is somewhat related, as I suspect that the plant was somewhat parisitic.
