Head, body & legs (together with spur number and placement) in addition to wing venatian look like this could be one of the Mud-nesting Spider Wasps in Auplopus (Genus) but I’d need someone with more experience to confirm.

@TimL I can completely empathise as it’s no easy task is it. Going back a few years I would’ve automatically popped this one under Turneromyia (Genus), but I can’t be sure on that now without seeing the wing detail😩
